RMA Process – How to Request and Complete a Return

  1. Confirm Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date (unless otherwise noted on the product page). Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.
  2. Request an RMA
    Email support@6test.12volt-power.com and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • A short reason for the return
  3. Receive RMA Approval
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
    • Your RMA number
    • Detailed return instructions
  4. Prepare the Return
    • Place the product in its original packaging
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
    • Pack everything securely inside an outer shipping box
    • Do not place labels directly on the manufacturer’s packaging
  5. Ship the Item
    • Use a carrier that provides tracking (insurance is recommended)
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified
  6. Inspection & Processing
    • Returned items are inspected upon arrival
    • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  7. Issuing a Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  1. Orders that qualified for free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%
  2. Any applicable fees or condition-based adjustments will be deducted from the refund
